Last night the our Seals Team played a home match against St Johns Knights from Norwich.
A really good result – we won 3-1. Mike and David L. drew steady games on boards 1 and 4, Robin had an excellent speedy win on board 2, and Alan an incredible win on board 3: – 76 moves of which the last 20 or so he played with barely one minute left on his clock compared to his opponent’s 20 minutes, and from a level position, managed to extract a win. Well done to all, and it means, for the moment at least, the Seals are top of the County Division 3 league.
